I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Villa Gaia in beautiful Taormina-a gem of a location, ideally situated near the city center. The culinary experience here was particularly noteworthy. Each morning, I savored a continental breakfast with fresh homemade options that truly celebrated local flavors. The ambiance of the hotel's dining area complemented these meals, creating a serene start to my days. Owner Josephine's welcoming nature shone through, as she provided invaluable recommendations for dining nearby. I explored various local eateries, notably the charming Osteria RossoDiVino and the inviting Trattoria Tiramisu. My room, complete with a large terrace overlooking the majestic Etna volcano, added to the allure of my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Gaia for an enriching culinary escape in Taormina.
